The languages spoken during the getaway will be Catalan and Spanish.
Cal Manubens will be our home for the weekend. Surrounded by nature and reserved exclusively for Apolo, it's a place to share meals, conversations and moments of relaxation. A peaceful setting that invites us to slow down and enjoy each other's company, away from the rush of everyday life.
With a maximum of 14 participants, we aim to create a friendly atmosphere where getting to know each other feels natural. You can join solo, with friends or as a couple. You don't need to know anyone beforehand: the idea is to share experiences, expand your social circle and feel part of a community, always at your own pace.
A moderate-effort hiking route, a long conversation after lunch, a few board games or a shared dinner. These simple moments give us opportunities to talk and discover what we have in common. We'll begin our gay weekend getaway near Barcelona with a group transfer to Cal Manubens, in Castellar del Riu. Round-trip transport from Barcelona is included; the departure time and meeting point will be confirmed closer to the trip. Once we've arrived and settled into the house, we'll enjoy a welcome dinner and an icebreaker activity to get to know one another and start building the sense of community that makes Apolo special.
After breakfast, we'll head outdoors for a moderate-effort hiking route through the beautiful countryside surrounding Castellar del Riu. At lunchtime, we'll enjoy a group meal at a traditional Catalan restaurant. In the afternoon, we'll return to the house for board games, relaxed conversations and time together. We'll end the day with a group dinner and a karaoke night, the perfect opportunity to share more laughs and get to know each other even better.
We'll start Sunday with a relaxed group breakfast at Cal Manubens. Depending on what we decide together, we can spend the morning enjoying one final optional walk in nature or head straight back to Barcelona. This will bring our weekend of relaxation, shared experiences and new friendships to a close, with the opportunity to stay in touch long after the getaway ends.

All three prices cover the complete 3-day, 2-night getaway.

Not included: travel insurance, personal expenses, drinks and services not specifically listed as included. If cocktails or other additional alcoholic drinks are arranged, they will have an extra cost, which will be communicated in advance.
Price changes: the price may only be revised if expressly provided for in the contract, together with the corresponding right to a price reduction, and only for legally permitted changes in transport costs, certain taxes or fees, or exchange rates. Any increase must be justified and communicated in writing at least 20 days before departure. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total price, the traveller may accept the change or terminate the contract without a cancellation penalty.
You may cancel your booking before the getaway begins. The following standard cancellation charge schedule will apply, always within the applicable legal limits and taking into account justifiable costs, savings resulting from the cancellation and the potential alternative use of the contracted services:

If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination or in its immediate vicinity and significantly affect the performance of the getaway or passenger transport, you may terminate the contract without a cancellation penalty and receive a full refund of the payments made, without additional compensation.
Any refunds due will be made without undue delay and, where legally required, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
The getaway is organised for a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 14 people. If the required minimum number is not reached, Apolo may cancel the trip, provided that participants are notified within the legally established time limit.
Apolo may also cancel the getaway if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances prevent it from taking place, and will notify participants without undue delay.
In the circumstances provided for by law, all amounts paid will be refunded in full, without any penalty for the participant and without additional compensation, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from termination of the contract.
If you are ultimately unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person who meets the getaway's participation requirements. You must notify Apolo in advance on a durable medium, giving reasonable notice of at least seven calendar days before the getaway begins.
The original booking holder and the person receiving the booking will be responsible for any outstanding balance and the actual and reasonable costs arising from the transfer. Apolo will provide information about and justification for these costs.

If you would prefer more privacy, you can check availability for one of the two private single rooms, priced at €450 per person.
The group will have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14 participants. This experience is designed for gay men who want to enjoy nature, meet new people and share a weekend in a friendly and respectful atmosphere.
If the minimum of eight participants is not reached and Apolo cancels the getaway for this reason, all payments made will be refunded in full, in accordance with the booking conditions.

The getaway includes two breakfasts, two dinners and Saturday lunch at a traditional Catalan restaurant.

Yes. First, you pay a €100 booking deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in three instalments agreed in advance with Apolo, provided that the full trip price is paid before 9 January 2027.
The amounts and dates of each instalment will be agreed individually with Apolo. Paying in instalments does not change the total price of your booked room type.
