Discover Classical Greece on a gay group trip for the LGBTIQ+ community through Athens, Delphi, Epidaurus, and Mycenae. From October 8 to 12, 2026, we will combine history, gastronomy, and local atmosphere with guided tours, a Greek cooking workshop, and a night out in Gazi, Athens' LGBTIQ+ district .
Star Spanish will join the group as an ambassador, helping to connect travelers and bringing his humor and energy to the experience. Everything will be coordinated by the Apolo team so you can enjoy the trip without worrying about planning.
It may not be suitable if you are looking for a beach holiday, heavy partying, a completely flexible pace, or if you have significant mobility difficulties.

This journey combines a tour of classical Greece with a group experience designed for LGBTQ+ travelers. We want you to explore Athens, Delphi, Mycenae, and Epidaurus without the stress of organizing every transfer, visit, and reservation on your own.
We choose accommodation, transportation, guides, restaurants, and activities based on their professionalism, responsiveness, and respectful treatment. If a provider doesn’t align with these standards, we find a suitable alternative for the group.
The trip is designed for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies who share a clear commitment to mutual respect. You can join as a couple, with friends, or solo: you don’t need to know anyone before signing up.
Before departure, we share simple guidelines around respecting identity, privacy, consent, schedules, and rest. The goal is for everyone to know what behavior is expected within the group.
The coordinator centralizes information, helps the group connect early on, and assists with logistical needs. They are also your primary contact person should any issues arise within the group or with any of the providers.

We do not normalize discriminatory comments, attitudes, or behavior. Our response is tailored to the severity and circumstances of each case.
We don’t pretend unexpected issues can never happen. However, we do commit to listening, taking thoughtful action, and never ignoring or normalizing discriminatory behavior.
A group journey through the history, gastronomy, and LGBTQ+ life of Athens and classical Greece.
Arrival in Athens and transfer to the hotel. We will have time to settle in, relax, and start getting to know the group.
Departure to Delphi to explore the Castalian Spring, Temple of Apollo, Sacred Way, Agora, Great Altar, and the Theatre. Afterwards, we will visit the Delphi Archaeological Museum and return to Athens for our welcome dinner.
We will travel through Argolis with a stop at the Corinth Canal. We will visit the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus and key highlights of Mycenae, including the Lion Gate and the Treasury of Atreus. We will wrap up the day with dinner and a night out in Gazi.
Guided tour through the major monuments of Athens. Later, we will enjoy a Greek cooking class right below the Acropolis before visiting the city's most iconic archaeological complex.
Breakfast and free time for an optional visit to the National Archaeological Museum. Afterward, we will say goodbye to the group and transfer to the airport.
We have arranged accommodation, transfers, guided visits, and top experiences so you can simply enjoy the trip and share it with the group from day one.
Urban 3-star hotel located in central Athens. It reopened on December 29, 2024, following a comprehensive renovation completed during that year. The group will stay in double or twin rooms with private bathrooms.
Shared Room: If you are traveling solo and choose this option, Apolo will assign you a roommate of the same group who has also booked a shared room. You can share your preferences, subject to availability.
Accessibility: The hotel has an elevator, but does not provide sufficient details regarding fully accessible rooms. Please contact us before booking if you have specific mobility or accessibility needs.

You may cancel your reservation at any time before departure. Administrative fees, non-recoverable incurred costs, and the following penalty scale will apply, unless lower actual costs can be demonstrated:

If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination that significantly affect the trip, you may terminate the contract without penalty and receive a full refund without further compensation.
The agency reserves the right to cancel the trip prior to departure if the minimum required group size specified in the travel documentation is not met, or in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances preventing performance of the contract.
In both cases, all payments made will be fully refunded without additional compensation within the legally applicable timeframes.
You may transfer your booking to another person who meets all trip requirements by giving reasonable notice to Apolo, and no later than 7 calendar days before departure.
Actual and reasonable costs resulting from the transfer—such as name changes, re-issuances, or fare differences—will be borne jointly by the original traveler and the transferee. Transfers remain subject to supplier policies and availability.

The trip starts and ends in Athens. On the first day we will meet at Hotel Alassia, where the group will stay for four nights. On the final day we return to Athens before the scheduled airport transfer.
No. Return flights to Athens are not included, allowing you to choose the departure airport, airline and schedule that suit you best.
Before purchasing flights, we recommend checking the arrival and departure times communicated by Apolo.
Yes. The itinerary includes the arrival transfer from the airport to the hotel and the return transfer to the airport on the final day.
Once flight details have been received, Apolo will provide the time, meeting point and instructions for each transfer.
The group will spend four nights at Hotel Alassia in Athens, a three-star city hotel next to Omonia metro station. We will use the same accommodation throughout the trip.
The price is based on a shared double room. Rooms may have one double bed or two single beds, depending on hotel allocation and availability.
If you are travelling with someone, you can request the same room. Solo travellers will be matched with another traveller choosing the same option. A single room supplement of €80 applies.
The departure was subject to a minimum of 15 travellers. The trip is now sold out and closed.
The trip includes four breakfasts, lunches on 9, 10 and 11 October, Friday's welcome dinner and Saturday's Greek dinner with show.
For included meals, the included drink is water. Other drinks are paid separately.
Allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements that have been communicated will be passed on to suppliers. Complete absence of traces or cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the establishment.
Yes. The contract includes basic travel insurance. Before departure you will receive policy information including cover, limits, exclusions and assistance procedures.
Basic travel insurance should not be confused with comprehensive cancellation insurance.
For bookings already confirmed, the outstanding balance must be paid by 15 September 2026. A previously agreed payment plan may also be arranged with Apolo provided it is completed before that date.
The contract provides for administration costs, non-recoverable expenses and the following cancellation scale unless lower costs can be demonstrated:

Apolo may cancel before departure if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances prevent the trip from taking place. In these cases, payments made will be refunded in full in accordance with the applicable contractual conditions.
Each traveller must check the requirements applicable to their nationality and personal circumstances and have a valid ID card, passport, visa or health documentation where required.
Documentation must remain valid throughout the trip. We recommend checking official sources before departure.
The expected activity level is moderate. The itinerary includes walking, steps, slopes and uneven surfaces in cities and archaeological sites.
If you use a wheelchair or walking aid, have reduced mobility or require frequent breaks, contact Apolo so any possible adaptations can be reviewed.
The coordinator accompanies the group, organises schedules, assists with logistics and acts as the main point of contact during the trip.
They also help maintain a respectful, inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere during shared activities.
Approximately ten days before the trip, the coordinator will create a private WhatsApp group for travellers. Final instructions, the meeting point and practical departure information will be shared there.
