This trip is designed for travellers who want to experience Madrid Pride 2027 without limiting their stay to the main Pride days. With 6 or 7 nights in Madrid , you'll have time to enjoy the Pride atmosphere while also discovering the city's culture, neighbourhoods, gastronomy and LGBTQ+ life.
The difference with this option is having more time to experience Madrid at your own pace . Combine the main Pride events with time to explore Chueca and other neighbourhoods, discover Madrid's cultural and gastronomic side, and enjoy free time without fitting the entire experience into one weekend.

A full week combining the main Madrid Pride events with Apolo experiences, optional activities and free time to discover Madrid at your own pace.
We recommend arriving early for the High Heel Race: it takes place on a small street and the area fills up quickly.
Check-out and end of the trip. The 6-night option finishes here and does not include Sunday's Pride closing events, VIP access or Sunday-night party benefits.

Accommodation
Your Madrid Pride trip already includes accommodation with breakfast. You can keep the accommodation included in the base price or choose a higher-category hotel depending on your preferences.
The base trip price includes accommodation in a selected apartment or 3-star hotel, with breakfast included and on a shared basis, for the number of nights corresponding to the option booked. If you prefer to stay on your own, you can choose single accommodation with a supplement from +€600.
A longer stay lets you combine the main Madrid Pride celebrations with time to discover the city, relax and add other experiences to your itinerary without having to fit everything into just a few days.
More time in Madrid
Madrid Pride takes place over several days while the city continues with its usual energy and rhythm. Choosing a full-week stay gives you more flexibility to combine the Pride programme with culture, neighbourhoods, gastronomy, rest and free time.
Museum visits, the cultural package and the gastronomic experience are optional experiences available at an additional cost. The advantage of staying for a full week is having more days available to add them to your itinerary if you choose to book them.
A full week lets you combine Madrid Pride and the city of Madrid in the same trip, with more time and flexibility between activities.

You may cancel your booking before the start of the trip. Management fees, non-recoverable costs actually incurred and the following cancellation scale will apply, unless lower costs can be demonstrated:

Non-refundable services that have already been booked or issued may also be charged where applicable.
If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination and significantly affect the performance of the trip, you may terminate the contract without cancellation charges and request a full refund of all payments made, without additional compensation.
If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances prevent the trip from taking place and Apolo has to cancel it before departure, all payments made will be refunded in full within the applicable time limits.
This trip is not subject to reaching a minimum number of participants.
You may transfer your booking to another person who meets the requirements of the trip by notifying Apolo within a reasonable period and never less than 7 calendar days before departure.
Any actual costs arising from the transfer, such as name changes, ticket reissues or fare differences, will be borne by the traveller and the person receiving the booking where applicable. The transfer is subject to the relevant suppliers allowing the change.
The full conditions applicable to your booking will be included in the contractual documentation for the trip. In the event of any discrepancy, the conditions formally agreed in the corresponding contract will prevail.

No. Flights are not included and Apolo does not arrange flights. Each traveller can choose the airline, schedule and fare that best suits their needs.
No. Transfers between the airport and your accommodation are not included in the base price.

If you are travelling alone and choose shared accommodation, Apolo will assign another traveller to share the room with you.

Most planned journeys will be made on foot, especially between activities and nearby areas in central Madrid.
In exceptional cases where another form of transport is required, Apolo will coordinate the group's journey.
